Emission-Based Vehicle Taxation System

 Fri evening class: this is the emission-based tax system that I was talking about just now...it will kick in Jan next year. Together with the compulsory fuel-efficiency labelling on vehicles sold in Singapore, it will go towards raising awareness and promoting green behaviour in Singapore.
