To the argument that traditional buildings are often in bad shape such that it cannot fulfil the function of accommodation properly, rebut by saying that conSERvation (not conVERsation hor!) allows for the building's facade to be combined with modern furnishings within, such that it can still fulfil the requirements of modern day comforts.
